Fast-Curing Flexible Primer for Difficult Substrates

Primer Flex is a cold-applied, two-component polyurea primer designed to ensure maximum adhesion of Cold Poly and other liquid-applied membranes on flexible or challenging surfaces. It cures quickly to form a strong, elastic bonding layer that improves durability and prevents delamination.

Application Guidelines

1. Surface Preparation: Substrate must be clean, dry, and free of oils, dust, or contaminants.

2. Mixing: Mix A:B at 100:10 (weight) or 100:11 (volume) using a low-speed mixer for 2 minutes. Ensure a homogeneous blend.

3. Application: Apply evenly by roller or brush at 200–400 g/m² depending on porosity.

4. Curing: Dry to touch in 35–60 minutes (at 25°C), ready for Cold Poly application.

5. Conditions: Apply between +10°C and +30°C, on substrates with moisture <4%.
