Application Process

1. Surface Preparation: Clean, dry, cohesive substrate. Jet wash (min. 3000 psi).

2. Priming (as required):

   • Concrete / Asphalt / Old Bitumen → Porosity Sealer Flex 100 (0.2–0.3 kg/m²)

   • PVC, EPDM, Metal, GRP → PU Activator + Porosity Sealer Flex (0.2 kg/m²)

   • Porous / damp concrete → Epoxy 100 / Primer GC / Tecnocem

3. Membrane: Apply Cold POLY (2 kg/m²) by roller, trowel, or squeegee. Use spike roller after 10–15 mins to de-aerate.

4. Optional Top Coat: For UV stability and colour retention, apply Pigmented Polyutrthane  Topcoat (0.3–0.5 kg/m²). Non-slip finish achievable with quartz sand broadcast or Decorative Flakes.

• Cold Polyurea Supreme: 1 x 2 kg/m² = 0.5 m² per kg

• Porosity Sealer Flex 100 Primer: 0.2–0.3 kg/m² (20 kg = 65–100 m²)

• Polyurea Primer Flex: 200–400 g/m² (20 kg = 50–100 m²)
