I. General Rules
1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.globalcoatings.eu.
1.2. The online store at www.globalcoatings.eu is run by Kasus Coatings T / A Global Coatings
1.3. These Regulations define in particular:
a.) rules for registering and using the account as part of the online store;
b.) the terms and conditions for making electronic reservations of products available in the store;
c.) the terms and conditions for placing Orders via the online store;
d.) rules for concluding Sales Agreements with the use of services provided as part of the Online Store.
II. Term of Use of Our Shop
2.1. The condition to start using the Online Store is the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
2.2. The Store may deprive the Customer of the right to use the online shop and may limit access to some or all the Online Store's resources, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of the Terms & Conditions by the Customer. Especially when the Customer:
a.) during registration customer provided untrue, inaccurate, or out-of-date data, misleading or infringing the rights of third parties,
b.) has infringed the personal rights of third parties via the online store, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
c.) engages in other behaviors that will be considered by the store to be inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or harming the good name of the globalcoatings.eu store or Global Coatings
2.3. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the shop may not re-register without the prior consent of the store.

To ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the unauthorized acquisition and modification of personal data sent on the Internet.
2.5. The customer is obliged in particular to:
a.) not to provide or transmit content prohibited by law, e.g., content that promotes violence, is defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b.) using the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular using specific software or devices,
c.) refrain from taking actions such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) as part of the using the shop,
d.) use the Online Store in a way that is not inconvenient for other customers and for the store,
e.) use any content posted in the Online Store only for personal use, and thus not duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or using any of the content
f.) use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the law and the provisions of the Terms & Conditions, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.
g.) not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized activity
2.7. The customer agrees that his comments will not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. Furthermore, customer agrees that his comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive, or indecent material or any computer viruses or other malicious software that could affect the operation of the store in any way.
2.8. The customer agrees not to use a false e-mail address, pretend to be third parties, and mislead as to the origin of any comments. The customer is solely responsible for all comments and their content.
2.9. Customers can access these Terms & Conditions and at any time via the link found on the home page of the website, download it and print it out.
III. Procedure of concluding a Sales Agreement
3.1. To finalize a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website www.globalcoatings.eu, select the product, taking further steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.
3.2. The selection of the ordered goods by the customer is made by adding them to the basket.
3.3. When placing an Order - until the "Order" button is pressed - the Customer can modify the entered data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the displayed messages and information available on the website.
3.4. After the Customer using the Online Store provides all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information on:
a.) ordered item,
b.) unit and total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c.) selected payment method,
d.) selected delivery method,
e.) delivery time,
3.5. To send the Order, it is necessary to accept the Terms & Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Order and pay" button.
3.6. Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration finalizing a Sales Agreement with Global Coatings, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
3.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
3.8. The contract is considered concluded with the moment the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
3.9. The sales contract is concluded in english, with the content in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
4.1. The Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
4.2. The ordered goods are delivered by courier. Delivery costs are indicated at the time of placing the Order.
4.3. The time of delivery is from 1 to 2 business days in Ireland and from 3 to 4 business days in the European Union, counting from the date of sending the Order by the Customer.
4.4. If you do not receive the parcel, please report it within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the type of delivery chosen.
4.5. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
4.6. Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation to the Customer of the essential of the sale agreement takes place by sending the Customer (via e-mail) a printout of the confirmation and Order specification.
V. Prices and Payment Methods
5.1. Commodity prices are given in EUR and include all components, including VAT, customs duties, and all other components
5.2. The customer has the option to make the payment:
a.) by debit or credit card; operator Elavon,
b.) payment from PayPal and Stripe accounts,
VI. The right to withdraw from the contract
6.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address email@example.com
6.2. The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the order was delivered.
6.3. The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is excluded in the event of
• goods that go beyond the standard offer of the store, prepared at the customer's special request, and tailored to their individual needs.
• in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
6.4. In the event of withdrawal from a sales contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have testified is returned unchanged unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

6.5. The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.
6.6. The cost of packaging and returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective product or incorrectly shipped product).
VII. Complaints about the Goods
7.1. Global Coatings, as a seller, is responsible to the Customer for non-compliance with the Contract for the sale of the Goods purchased by that consumer.
7.2. Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the complaint form available in the customer panel. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be considered.

h.) collecting or tracking personal data of others.
