Waterproofing Procedure:

Step 1. We use moisture meters and deck scanners that X-Ray your roof for water, while at the same time survey and identify leaks, weak points and compromised areas.

Step 2. We thoroughly clean the area using degreaser and power washing.

Step 3. We repair and reinforce all cracks, blisters, penetrations etc with a number or high quality repair techniques including…

Type A – GacoPatch Fibre reinforced flashing grade silicone: this durable and thick liquid is ideal.
Type B – Polyester Fabric combined with GacoPro Silicone Roof Waterproofing System gives us a fully reinforced way to bridge gaps and repair cracks etc.
Type C - Butyl this highly durable and flexible fabric reinfocrced tape is ideal for joints and areas of straight lines that require extra strength i.e joints etc.
